Equipment Listings
Seller Responsibilities
- Provide accurate descriptions and photos
- Disclose known defects or issues
- Ensure equipment meets safety standards
- Follow medical equipment disposal regulations
- Arrange safe delivery methods
Buyer Responsibilities
- Verify equipment condition before purchase
- Arrange proper payment methods
- Ensure proper installation and use
- Follow medical equipment safety guidelines
Intellectual Property
Users retain ownership of content they post on Osler Market. By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of operating and improving our platform.
