You must provide accurate information, keep your sign-in details secure, and tell us promptly about unauthorised access. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account.

Professional verification is a platform trust control. It is not a substitute for checking a clinician's current registration with the relevant professional authority.

OslerMarket supports education and professional reference. It does not replace clinical judgement, examination, local protocols, supervision, or emergency care. Do not use it as the sole basis for diagnosis or treatment.

Ask Osler may use automated systems to retrieve and summarise source material. Answers can be incomplete or wrong. Check cited sources, current guidance, contraindications, doses, and local policy before acting. Do not enter identifiable patient information or confidential records.

A resource may be public, available after sign-in, unlocked with Osler Points, or included with Premium. Rights restrictions may prevent us from displaying, indexing, or delivering a resource even after it was previously available.

Resource metadata, reviews, and AI summaries help discovery; they do not guarantee clinical accuracy, completeness, currency, or permission for reuse. Follow the copyright and licence information shown with the source.

You may submit only material you are authorised to share. You retain ownership of your contribution and grant OslerMarket a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to store, process, index, display, and distribute it through the platform for as long as it remains published.

We may review, reformat, reject, unpublish, or remove contributions. You must not submit unlawful, deceptive, harmful, confidential, infringing, malicious, or undisclosed promotional content.

Earned Osler Points and bought credits are platform balances, not currency or a bank deposit. They cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash unless a specific written programme says otherwise. We may correct duplicate, fraudulent, or erroneous ledger entries.

Prices and included benefits are shown before purchase. Digital access that has already been delivered is generally non-refundable, except where required by law or where we confirm a duplicate charge or a platform failure that prevented delivery.

You must not:

• break the law, infringe rights, or expose confidential patient data;
• misrepresent identity, qualifications, authorship, or permissions;
• circumvent access controls, scrape protected content, or probe security;
• manipulate points, payments, reviews, analytics, or account records;
• use automated output as verified clinical fact without appropriate review.

We may change, pause, or retire features, providers, prices, and content. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or permanent storage.

We may restrict or close an account for security, non-payment, legal compliance, fraud, abuse, harmful misinformation, or breach of these terms. Where appropriate, we will provide notice and a way to contact us.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OslerMarket is provided on an "as available" basis. We do not guarantee clinical outcomes, uninterrupted access, AI accuracy, or that every resource is current.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Otherwise, OslerMarket is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from reliance on content, automated output, third-party services, or unauthorised account use.

These terms are governed by the laws of Uganda. Contact us at info@oslermarket.com with a concern. We may update these terms and will publish the new version and effective date; material changes may require renewed acceptance.
